How to Use

1. Unscrew wood cap & remove clear stopper

2. Screw wood cap back on

3. Turn upside down for 3-5 seconds (top of cap will become wet)

4. Pinch down the ball toward the wood cap (as shown in photo)

5. Hang and Enjoy.

- Repeat step 3 & 4 once or twice a week to promote the scent.

*Be sure to wipe off any dripping/spills on the bottle.
Save the clear cap stopper if you would like to have more control how much scent is released and/or to prevent spilling.

**Keep away from pets and children. Avoid contact with eyes, face and textiles

Terrible quality train

The train is very low quality, the train keeps coming off the tracks or it freezes in place. I reached out for help and they only offered to exchange the train, buyers beware this place doesn’t give refunds only exchanges. Save your $25

I'm really sorry to hear that you feel the train is of poor quality. This is the same model that was showcased in store on the floor and was running smoothly. On rare occasions, a faulty product may arrive, and we completely understand this. That's why we offered to exchange the one you received for a brand new one. In our previous email, I provided troubleshooting steps and also extended the option to exchange the train for a new one if it continues to malfunction.
