Pre-Orders

All Items available for Pre-Order will generally return in-stock within 2 weeks.

Orders placed for Pre-Order may request for a full refund if the order has not shipped out within the 2 weeks that order was placed. Excluding holidays and weekends. 

Pre-Orders that include in-stock items will ship together once the items are restocked. 

If you’d like to have the items that are in stock to be shipped separately, you would need to place the orders separately.

Orders that are in process of being shipped or have already been shipped will not be permitted for any refunds.
